Working principle of the fine sand recovery machine
The sand-water mixture is fed to the cyclone,spun by centrifugal classification concentrated grit mouth to vibrating screen,after dehydration by the vibrating screen,the fine sand and water get effective separated,a small amount sand and mud returning back to the cleaning tank and then flow out through discharge port.Liner shaker recyclables weight concentration of 70~85%.Fineness is adjusted by changing the pump speed,changing the mortar concentration,adjusting the overflow of water,replacement the outlet mouth.Thus completing the washing,dehydration and classification three functions.
